DVD Purchases
If you are not completely satisfied with your DVD purchase there is a 30 day money back guarantee. If your DVD packaging has not been opened, or if your purchase is defective it may be returned for a full refund (less shipping and handling) within 30 days of receipt. Below you will find the Return Policy that must be completed before returning the DVDs.
Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or if you have received a defective item you must contact Prime Movie Discount customer service by phone at (888) 558-1055 for a full refund (less shipping and handling) or replacement item. You will be assigned a return authorization code that must appear with the return shipping address of your package. You are responsible for all costs associated with the return shipment of your purchase, and you will not be refunded the original shipping and handling fees.

Once we’ve received and processed your return item(s) you will be notified via email. The refund will be applied back to the credit/debit card that you provided at the time of checkout within 3 to 5 business days after we have processed your return. You can track your completed returns and refunds on the order history page in ‘Your Account’. If the returns and refunds do not appear in ‘Your Account’ within four weeks from the day you shipped your returns contact customer services for additional assistance.
